It can be said that one of the reasons behind compiling the tales of Mathnavi by Foruzanfar was to explain such context. However, not paying attention to the techniques of Molavi with regard to the context, commentators have sometimes made mistakes in recognizing the historical context and explaining the text. On the basis of this, this research investigates the historical context of one of the shared tales of Mathnavi and Fihe Mafih, that is, <em>Nazar Kardane Peighambar be Asiran, </em>and proposes this idea that commentators are divided into three groups due to their negligence of Molavi’s techniques: 1) those who consider the battle of Badr as the historical context of the tale, 2) those who consider the battles of Bani Nazir and Bani Ghorayze as the historical context of that tale, 3) those who are silent on this issue. While analyzing the ideas of commentators, the reasons behind their mistake in two issues are explained: 1) similar tale in Fihe Mafih, 2) the structure of the tale and the creativity of Molavi.   در شروح مثنوی، شارحان در بسیاری موارد، نخست زمینة متن (Context) بویژه زمینة تاریخی را کاویده‌اند، آن‌گاه به جنبه‌های دیگر متن پرداخته‌اند. می‌توان گفت یکی از دلایل فروزانفر در تألیف قصص مثنوی نیز تبیین چنین زمینه‌ای بوده است. امّا گاهی اوقات شارحان بی‌توجه به شگردهای مولوی دربارة زمینة متن، هم در تشخیص زمینة تاریخی و هم در شرح متن گمراه و سرگردان شده‌اند. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر، زمینة تاریخی یکی از حکایات مشترک مثنوی و فیه مافیه به نام «نظر کردن پیغامبر به اسیران»، را در شروح گوناگون بررسی کرده و نشان داده‌ایم. شارحان به دلیل بی‌توجهی به شگردها و تصرّفات مولوی به سه گروه تقسیم شده‌اند:1)گروهی زمینة تاریخی حکایت را جنگ بدر دانسته‌اند. 2) گروهی زمینة تاریخی حکایت را غزوة بنی نضیر و بنی قریظه دانسته‌اند. 3)گروهی هم در این باره سکوت کرده‌اند. آن گاه ضمن تحلیل نظر شارحان، علل انحراف آنان را در دو موضوع تبیین نموده‌ایم:1)حکایت مشابه در فیه مافیه 2)ساختار حکایت و خلاقیت مولوی. https://rpll.ui.ac.ir/article_19332_7893ae266c8bfc8fbf26ef9b64d055cd.pdf
