Journal Article 2016 06 14 This research is a content analysis study which investigates the view of Nezami about individual, social and ideal identity in <em>Panj Ganj</em>. Nezami is an idealist thinker who uses poetry for releasing mankind from dystopia and reaching utopia. As a mirror reflecting his character, Nezami in <em>Panj Ganj </em>pays attention to different aspects of human essence beside the rapture of love and abnegation. In the image of his tales’ protagonists, he creates the identity of an ideal Man and refuses to represent realistically the identity characteristics of his protagonists and, instead, creates a number of typical characters whose process of reaching Perfection is completed at each moment through ideal foregrounding. Indeed, each of his protagonists offers a new model for human beings in order that they learn a lesson and reach Perfection via the process of self-promotion. Besides representing the individual identity of human being, he also represents his social and ideal (divine) identity. In <em>Panj Ganj</em>, the Perfect Man has sometimes religious identity, is a sage in some tales and in other cases he is a lover whose earthly love becomes more transcendental so that bestows him the mystical identity. این پژوهش از نوع تحلیل محتواست که به تحلیل دیدگاه نظامی دربارة هویت فردی، اجتماعی و آرمانی انسان در پنج گنج می­پردازد. نظامی متفکّری آرمان‌گراست که شعر را در خدمت رهایی انسان از مدینة جاهله و دست یافتن به مدینة فاضله قرار داده است. پنج گنج، آیینة تمام‌نمای شخصیّت نظامی است که شاعر در آن غیر از جذبة عشق و زهد، متوجّه جلوه‌های گوناگون حیثیت و عظمت گوهر انسانی بوده است. او در سیمای قهرمانان قصّه‌هایش هویّت انسان آرمانی را به تصویر کشیده و از بازنمود واقع‌نمایانة ویژگی‌های هویّتی قهرمانان داستان‌هایش پرهیز کرده و بیشتر یک تیپ از افراد را در نظر گرفته است. تیپی که در معرفی آن‌ها، با برجسته‌سازی آرمانی، هر لحظه کمالی به کمالات قبلی‌ آنان می‌افزاید. در واقع او هر قهرمانی که خلق می‌کند؛ الگویی تازه، پیش روی انسان‌ها می‌گذارد؛ تا از سرنوشت آن‌ها عبرت بگیرند و به خودسازی بپردازند و در نهایت به کمال انسانی دست یابند. او علاوه بر نشان دادن هویّت فردی انسان‌، هویّت اجتماعی و آرمانی(الهی) او را نیز به تصویر کشیده است. در«پنج گنج» انسان کامل گاه هویّت دینی دارد، گاه حکیم است، و گاه انسان عاشقی است که عشق زمینی در او شکلی متعالی‌تری پیدا می‌کند، طوری که هویّت عارفانه به او می‌بخشد. https://rpll.ui.ac.ir/article_19349_580ba45c27e3249c2db1afe7c74ceb04.pdf
